Doubt
We all doubt. We all doubt. Doubt is natural. We are all born with questioning minds and the need to rationalise our lives and needing to explain everything. Everything has to have a reason. There is a reason for everything. There is absolutely reason for everything. But reason seems to blind us to the possibility that there may be something else beyond reason. And it is so understandable, because it is so easy to see only the surface of life. And there is so much to grab our attention, one thing after another. One thing after another. But there may be this lingering question: Is there anything beyond this that we experience from day to day? And I suspect there are many that ask themselves: Is this it? Is there anything more? When we face difficulties we begin to think and doubt and this is understandable because these thoughts are sparked by fear, fear for the future. Is this it? Is that all? And these questions open up perhaps when we are at our most vulnerable because our routine is interrupted by difficulties. But let me tell you: There is more. Oh, there is more! Much more…
